Entry Nine:<\/p>\n
\tAzriel hasn’t changed at all. Although I suddenly don’t mind him all that much. I guess things have been put into perspective for me lately. Personal pride is meaningless in times like these. I also get the slightest notion that he respects me now, so that’s nice. He still doesn’t brighten my day or anything, but I shouldn’t have much of a problem working with him. Sadly, or perhaps not, most of the others couldn’t say the same and we have parted ways. It’s bittersweet. If they stay out of this, and away from me, they should be a lot safer, but I will miss them, especially Ine’dan. <\/p>\n
\tI had no idea Miharu thought of me like she does. I was right next to both her brother, and her sister as they died and I was powerless to save them. If anything she should disdain me for that. I guess losing your entire family so suddenly would be pretty painful. She’s clinging on to whatever she can for comfort, and I’m quite glad to be there for her. For the sake of Akii and Zack I will not let her die. <\/p>\n
\tMiharu is apparently a bit estranged from her mother, something I don’t understand because growing up my mother was all I had. When this is all over I think I’ll convince her to pay her mother a visit. Besides, I still have to deliver Zack’s last words to the rest of his family, and his and Akii’s deaths are on me. I must apologize. <\/p>\n
